Socks or shoes?
At Little Play Town all children must remove their shoes to play. Adults are welcome to keep their shoes on if they will not be entering the individual play areas, but we ask that they are clean and not of stiletto style. Socks are available to purchase for children if you forget to bring them on the day,

You are welcome to take photos (and tag us on social media) but please take care not to photograph other children in the background.
Age Limit
As a rough guide children from age 1-8 can attend Little Play Town Heywood, however we do recognise that children develop at their own rate and if you have a primary school child over the age of 8 who would love to come and play then they are more than welcome.
All children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult age 18+ and must be supervised. Staff at Little Play Town Heywood are not responsible for the supervision of your children.
Refunds/cancellations
Little Play Town Heywood reserves the right to close at any time if imperative for your safety or for matters out of our control. If this occurs, we will issue full refunds or transfer your booking to another session. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Transfers to another date can be arranged with 24 hours notice. Parties cancelled with less than two weeks notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Please report any accidents to a member of staff immediately. Should first aid be required, please ask a member of staff. Smoking (including e-cigarettes & vapes) is strictly prohibited.
Personal Belongings
Little Play Town Heywood cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your visit.
Unacceptable behaviour
Any behaviour, from a child or adult, that is deemed abusive, aggressive or unsafe will be logged and the individuals will be asked to leave, this includes swearing, bullying and throwing equipment. Should this happen, a refund will not be granted.
Start and end of sessions
Please ensure that you arrive no earlier then 5 minutes before your session is due to start as we cannot open any earlier due to the time required to clean and set up to ensure the best possible experience. If you arrive late you are welcome to join the session but you will be unable to stay later due to us needing to clean and set up for the next session. We will announce when you have five minutes left and will play a ‘tidy up song’ to help the children understand it is time to leave and we find this works well and children leave happily. We ask that you encourage your child to help to tidy up our play areas and ensure no toys are accidentally removed from the centre.
When a booking is made on behalf of another adult in your party, please ensure that they are aware of our terms and conditions
